Pregnancy is a very special time that involves huge changes in a woman's body. Pregnancy symptoms or changes can be detected very soon; almost as early as two to three weeks after conception. Pregnancy symptoms can be different for every woman yet one of the significant pregnancy symptoms is a missed or delayed menstrual cycle. It is important to have an understanding of pregnancy symptoms because each symptom can be related to something other than just pregnancy.
A number of women pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception but for many other women, pregnancy symptoms can develop after a few weeks or might not be present at all. Following is the list for pregnancy symptoms. If a woman is sexually active and than experiences any of these symptoms it is necessary to take a pregnancy test.
One of the earliest pregnancy symptoms can be implantation bleeding. In this regard some women can experience spotting and some cramping. A missed or delayed menstruation is one of the most common pregnancy symptoms that leads a woman to test for pregnancy. When a woman becomes pregnant, her next period will not occur. Still many women may bleed during they are pregnant, but the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period.
Other pregnancy symptoms include swollen or tender breasts. This may happen as early as 1-2 weeks after a woman is conceived. Feeling fatigued or tired is also one of pregnancy symptoms that can also begin as soon as the first week after conception.
Nausea/Morning Sickness is another well-known pregnancy sign that will often happen between 2-8 weeks after conception. Still some women are fortunate and do not deal with morning sickness. Other pregnancy symptoms include backache, head aches, frequent urination, darkening of areolas, and food cravings. These are one of the most common yet important pregnancy symptoms.
